BABY PEACHES

Yep that's right we are adding a new addition to the Spikes Family, and as you can see we I am not happy about at all! NOT!!! I am SO EXCITED!!! Jon and I have been trying for the last 6 months, and to hear everyone else's exciting news before me has been very hard. I was getting very nervous sense I have been told by numerous doctors that I probably could never get pregnant... I was worried it was just not my fate. With a lot of faith and trust in the Lord I knew if I did my part and took care of my body and the things that I needed to take care of he would keep his side of the promise as well.
I was totally shocked when I saw the positive test so shocked that I had to read the instructions twice just to make sure that was really a positive! Jon had ran to the store so he wasn't home and I was running around like a chicken with its head cut off I had to tell someone, So I grabbed Carter (my pug) and told him. His eyes were about to pop out of his head more than usual. Not cause he was excited probably because he didn't know why I was acting so crazy! We called Jon's family in Georgia and told them over the phone, then it was time to head to my mother's birthday party. So I just signed the card from Jon, Rachel, and Baby Peaches. When she read the card she looked at the card awhile then looked at me and said,"are you trying to tell me something?" I just smiled.

I got the name from Ace Age 3 and I thought it was fitting since my hubby is from the peach state and all!

I'm about 7 weeks long, and my tentative due date is March 16th... which is really cool cause that's my Grandpa Bert's Birthday! But that is just calculating it off the computer. I see the doctor this week so I will know more after my appointment. We are so excited and just wanted to share the news with everybody. Baby Peaches is on its way!
